Head to your Layers tab-->(Click) Load/Save Mask--> (then click) Load Mask from Disc

From there choose any mask you want or choose the one I used with a circular pattern.

And then (Click)--> Load

After this step, right click your mask paper again, and this time you are going to " Merge group" (why merge group??? , because this will convert your three separate layers that your mask option made for you, into one single mask layer to work with)

Using your mouse, mouse over your layer where you had paste your paper at, and right click on your mouse

Next it will pop another option for you, you want to look for "Merge"--> "merge group".

Tada you have a single masked layer.

Next open these elements, re-size (%) if need be.

(If I left the re-size out, it's because i did not have to re-size) :) and then copy and paste into your canvas, & apply Drop Shadow to each

Open-Paper3, guess what, yes where c/p and turning this paper to a mask as well. Pick a different circular mask pattern. And repeat my Mask steps above. After you have merged the group, duplicate it.

Open- Grass (you will be duplicating this as many times as you need, re-sizing it to however you wantm using your move tool)

Open- Tent, re-size to 80%,

Open-Leaf1 re-size to 80%, duplicate as many times you need point is to layer the base to cover up your half tube bottom. So continue duplicating till your happy, same as the nect few leaves you will be re-sizing and duplicating.

Open-Leaf2, re-size 60%,

Open- Leaf3, re-size 40%,

Open- Log, re-size 45%,

Open- Axe, re-size 50%, apply mirror effect,

You must have working knowledge of Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 or newer

Okay Ready, set, GO!

Open new canvas 650x650,

Copy ciz_fantasyland_paper10 to your new canvas.

What's next, you guest it we are going to change this paper into a mask layer.

Got your mouse ready to go???

Head to your Layers tab-->(Click) Load/Save Mask--> (then click) Load Mask from Disc

From there choose any mask you want or choose the one I used with a circular pattern.

And then (Click)--> Load

After this step, right click your mask paper again, and this time you are going to " Merge group" (why merge group??? , because this will convert your three separate layers that your mask option made for you, into one single mask layer to work with)

(If I left the re-size out, it's because i did not have to re-size) :) and then copy and paste into your canvas, & apply Drop Shadow to each

Open-ciz_fantasyland_grass1, and ciz_fantasyland_grass2, using your move tool, stretch out the grass a little bit, and you are going to duplicate them a few times.

Open- ciz_fantasyland_fence, re-size to 80%, now the grass you duplicated make sure you put a few behind and in front of the fences.

Open- ciz_fantasyland_tree2 leave one as it is no need to re-size, duplicate it and re-size the duplicate 80%.

Open- ciz_fantasyland_arch, re-size to 80%,

Open-ciz_fantasyland_swing , re-size to 90%, you can just leave it as is and paste it behind the arch, or what I had done was duplicate it a few times and pasted behind the arch giving it a secret garden curtain door made of vines, but you have the option not to do it like what I did.

Open-ciz_fantasyland_tree1, re-size 60%,

Open- ciz_fantasyland_sign, re-size 60%,

Open- ciz_fantasyland_bow1, re-size 25%,

Open- ciz_fantasyland_hummingbird2, re-size 40%,

Open- ciz_fantasyland_stumps, re-size 40%,

Open- Lisa Victoria's tube "Dragon Guardian"

Open- ciz_fantasyland_stumps, re-size 40%,

Open- ciz_fantasyland_floralarrangement, re-size 50%, duplicate 2x paste around the dragon,

Open- ciz_fantasyland_sparkles, re-size 76%,

Open- ciz_fantasyland_mushrooms, re-size 40%

Open- ciz_fantasyland_frangipani2, re-size 23%, duplicate a few times and spread out around the grass,

Open- ciz_fantasyland_frangipani1, re-size 25%,

Open- ciz_fantasyland_camellia1, re-size 20%,

Open- ciz_fantasyland_wheelbarrow, re-size to 40%, apply mirror effect,

Now that you have re-sized these elements according to my sizes, added the drop shadows to all.

Enjoy my tutorial :)

You must have working knowledge of Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 or newer

Okay Ready, set, GO!

Open the template and try to re-size 650 x 650

Next Open p7, and re-size to 650x650, C/P to the last layer of the template.

What's next, you guest it we are going to change this paper into a mask layer.

Got your mouse ready to go???

Head to your Layers tab-->(Click) Load/Save Mask--> (then click) Load Mask from Disc

From there choose any mask you want or choose the one I used with a circular pattern.

And then (Click)--> Load

After this step, right click your mask paper again, and this time you are going to " Merge group" (why merge group??? , because this will convert your three seperate layers that your mask option made for you, into one single mask layer to work with)

Next it will pop another option for you, you want to look for "Merge"--> "merge group".

Tada you have a single masked layer.

***For Dee's template, I did not use all the template layers, but its completly up to you if you want to or not, and I choose to leave the word art, but you don't have to if you don't want to.

Next, choose any papers you like, from papers folder, C/P them each over the shapes of the template.

This next step will help you see what I had done to cut the papers out to the shapes of the template, if you need it. If not then you can skip this part :)

Open p3 Copy and paste it over one of the rectangles of the template, next you will want to grab your magic wand tool, click on the rectangle of the template, press Ctrl+Shift+I on your keyboard, this will allow you to invert.

Next click the p3 you've pasted, and hit your delete key once.

*Continue with the

same steps for all the shapes of the template.

For this particular template I didn't use everything included, but that's just personal preffrences but by all means you are welcome to do what ever you wish.

Now once your done you should have perfectly cut shapes, layered with your favorite papers.

Next open these elements, re-size (%) if need be.

(If I left the re-size out, it's because i did not have to re-size) :) and then copy and paste into your canvas, & apply Drop Shadow to each

Open-e42, re-size to 80%

Open- e27, and e26, re-size e27 to 60%, and duplicate e26 four times, re-szie one of them 60%, and leave a few as they are, the idea you are going for is pasting these flowers around the tube, so she appears to be sitting on the flowers, this works well for a sitting tube or half tube, and if you like my tube I choose, which is "Jolly Witch" by Cris DeLara, you can find her at ThePSPProject Store.

Open- e55, re-size to 40%, And sharpen the element,

Open- e22, re-size 36%,

Open- e24

Open- e25, re-size 60%,

Open- e29, re-size 25%

Open- e3, re-size 50%,

Open- e38, using move tool tilt down right, till the broom is almost straight, but still have an angle, duplicate, and apply mirror effect. Place the brooms behind (e26 (re-sized at 50%)),

Open- e31, re-size to 22%,

Now that you have re-sized these elements according to my sizes, added the drop shadows to all.

Add your copyrights of your tube and your license.

Add your name.

And your done :)

Head to your Layers tab-->(Click) Load/Save Mask--> (then click) Load Mask from Disc

From there choose any mask you want or choose the one I used with a circular pattern.

And then (Click)--> Load

After this step, right click your mask paper again, and this time you are going to " Merge group" (why merge group??? , because this will convert your three seperate layers that your mask option made for you, into one single mask layer to work with)

Using your mouse, mouse over your layer where you had paste your paper at, and right click on your mouse

Next it will pop another option for you, you want to look for "Merge"--> "merge group".

Tada you have a single masked layer.

Next, choose any papers you like, from papers folder, C/P them each over the shapes of the template.

This next step will help you see what I had done to cut the papers out to the shapes of the template, if you need it. If not then you can skip this part :)

Open kkpaper1 Copy and paste it over one of the rectangles of the template, next you will want to grab your magic wand tool, click on the rectangle of the template, press Ctrl+Shift+I on your keyboard, this will allow you to invert.

Next click the kkpaper1 you've pasted, and hit your delete key once.

Open- kk_flower2

Open- kk_ribbon1, re-size it to 80%, using your move tool slightly tilt it down-right, duplicate it and apply mirror effect (by holding down CRTL+M) and then flipping it,(by holding down CRTL+I)

Open- kk_leaf1, re-size it to 30%, duplicate the leaf a few times apply mirror effect and arrage it around the ribbon1

Open- kk_stapled ribbon, re-size to 75%, duplicate and apply mirror effect to this as well

Open- kk_straight ribbon, using your move tool slightly tilt it right, duplicate and apply mirror effect to this as well

Open- kk_dandelions, re-sise to 70%, and paste behind wordart.

Open-kk_scrunched ribbon, re-size to 40%, using your move tool slightly tilt it right, duplicate and apply mirror effect to this as well, and then paste them behind bow1

Now that you have re-sized these elements according to my sizes, added the drop shadows to all.

Enjoy my tutorial :)

You must have working knowledge of Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 or newer

Okay Ready, set, GO!

Open a new canvas 650 x650

Copy and paste paper1, into your new canvas, next step is to turn this layer to a masked layer.

Head to your layers tab-->Load/Save Mask-->Load Mask from Disc

From there choose circular type mask.

And then Click Load

Next step, you will want to Merge group

Using your mouse, mouse over your layer where you had paste your paper at, and right click on your mouse

Next it will pop another option for you, you want to look for "Merge"--> "merge group".

Tada you have a masked layer.

Next open these elements, re-size according to my specifications, add a drop shadow if you wish to do so, then copy and paste into your canvas.

(If I had left the re-size % out, it's because I did not have to re-size).

Next to follow is my choice of elements:

heart swirl2,

jewels, duplicate 2x , and apply mirror effect to one,

flower2, re-size to 80%, add d/s, then c/p, and duplicate 3x,

flower3, keep on as is, duplicate the second and re-size that one to 75%,

ribbon, re-size to 60%,

net, re-size to 65%, duplicate 2x, apply mirror effect,

frame3, for this I rotated the frame 90 degrees, and edit out the bottom part of the frame, and then I duplicated it, and merged it together as one frame, you of course do not have to do what I did, you can use any of tasha's frames in this kit.

And then under the frame I added paper6, and like I always do click the inside of the frame (be sure you did not apply drop shadow to your frame yet!!) layer with my magic wand, and then click on the paper layer, and hold down CRTL+I, and then then hit your delete key once,

mist,

leaves,

flower1, re-size to 65%, duplicate 2x, apply mirror effect,

How cute is it to have this tube "Mouse in a Cup" by Alicia Bel, only sold at ThePSPProject Store. And check out this crazy cookie animation I did using her mouse.

Definitely a must buy, cause it's so simply cute not to have and try out your animation skills.

"Time For Tea"

I have an animation tag tutorial woohoo, thought animated a banner was hard, well, for this, I had to go use my Photoshop, but Psp is also okay to use for this tutorial just keep in mind, while your in your Psp you will have to merge a lot of times and requires you using Jasc animation in the end, but you will love how cute it all turns out tho.

** Just a note, not all artist allows animation of their tubes, be sure to read all terms of use before proceeding ahead, Alicia Bel allows animation, so that is why I choose her tube, if you wish to use the same please stop by ThePSPProject store to purchase it today, and try it out :)

If you should need me to explain these steps for Psp, please comment a request below for one and if I should have time I will write one up for Corel psp users.

Ok onto Photoshop.

Open the template "Time For TEA" template I made.

Next, for those who did purchase the same tube I am using, please follow the next steps.

First step re-sized 60% and then copy and paste into your working canvas.

Make sure its slightly centered

Next Duplicate your original tube 3x, and then hide your first original tube. [[Just in case you messed up you always have the original to go back to]]

Take your duplicate copy, and grab your eraser tool, and zoom in close enough to start erasing around its whiskers, and the tail. yes all the tail has to be erased too, including the lady bugs.

By now your mouse looks funny without her tail, so the next step is your going to grab your brush tool, make sure it matches the color of the tea cup, and brush over the part where you erase her tail.

Next step take your third duplicate copy, using your eraser tool, zoom in and erase the mouse, leaving just her tail and ladybugs alone.

Ok Next your going to duplicate just the tail.

For the duplicated tail using your lasso tool, cut the ladybug out, I chose the one closest to the cup. And again brush in a little of her tail back after you've cut the lady bug.

Remember the lady bug you removed, well paste the ladybug back, and move the ladybug back onto the tail.

Animation of Lady Bug

Now you're going to animate the ladybug, by duplicating 3x and moving the ladybug each time going forward and turning around and going back to its place.

Duplicate as many times as you need for this, remember all you are doing to making the ladybug appear to be moving up and down the tail.

Animation of Whiskers and Nose

Next step to make her nose wiggle, remember the and duplicate copy that just has her whiskers, I need you to duplicate those too up to 3x,

Using your Free Transform tool, by Holding down Ctrl+T, maneuver (rotate slightly) her nose left , and then right for the next duplicated layer, and then up if you want for the next duplicated layer of her whiskers to wiggle up,

its how ever many times you want to wiggle her nose, make sure you duplicate from the original whisker cut out you did, so you don't lose your place.

Next if you wish to, using the Free Transform tool take your original tail, not the one without the lady bug on it, has to be one with all 3 on there, and your going to move her tail up and down.

Next Add your name, and license and copyright of your tube which should say if you're using the same as me, "©Alicia Bel, www.aliciabel.com" and then your TPP license.

And if you wish to, you can change the word art or apply a gradient glow to the word art.

Now that you have completed these steps its onto your animation if you got CS3 or higher, you have it already there, just open your "WINDOW" option and check mark animation, and it will pop up for you.

Now just simply open and close each layer that you desire to movement to be made, and then once you are happy with your frames and time. Save as gif.

You must have working knowledge of Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 or newer

Art By : Keith Selle

Enjoy my tutorial :)

You must have working knowledge of Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 or newer

Okay Ready, set, GO!

Open a new canvas 650 x250

Today we are making a banner, all from scratch, so if you aren't familiar with making banners, follow me step by step.

Ready ?!?

Here we go....

In your new canvas, flood fill it with pink (#f8d7d2),

Next go to your Effects, find Texture effect and choose Blinds.

From there choose the width : 47 with Opacity of : 31, and make sure the color is White, and check mark "Light from left/top"

Then Click OK. ((and then hide this layer. )) you will see why later.

Next step open a new raster layer, flood fill this layer a darker shade of pink (#e76c6b),

Next open your tube, you want the half tube to sit on the far right like how I have mine, and the medium size tube in the center, and after you have added your drop shadows to your tubes, merge these layers together, then set the blend mode to SCREEN.

Next remember the previous layer you have made and hidden, well now you can unhide it.

Then merge these two layer together, and tada you have a background.

Next step grab you close up tube, the closer to her face the better.

Then Copy and paste her to the far left of the banner.

Next open a new layer, this layer with be your border. So for this flood fill it first. With a light pink or dark pink if you wish.

Then push Crtl+A, then go to your selections and look for modify and then look for contract, and make sure it says " number of pixels __" you enter the number 4, click ok to go back to your layers and then hit your delete key once.

By now you should have a border.

You can add drop shadow or, apply a white noise to this border.

Now for the text, you will want a bold looking font. any free font site will have it.

And pick the one you like the best for your Name.

Now that your done with all the steps above it's time to add the artist copyrights of your tube and your license.

And then you are Done.

You must have working knowledge of Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 or newer

Okay Ready, set, GO!

Open a new canvas 650 x650

Copy and paste WP_NM_PP6

Head to your layers tab-->Load/Save Mask-->Load Mask from Disc

From there choose any mask you want or choose the one I used with a circular pattern.

And Click Load

Now you want to Merge group

Using your mouse, mouse over your layer where you had paste your paper at, and right click on your mouse

Next it will pop another option for you, you want to look for "Merge"--> "merge group".

Tada you have a masked layer.

Next open these elements, re-size (%) if need be.

(If I left the re-size out, it's because i did not have to re-size) :) and then copy and paste into your canvas, & apply Drop Shadow to each.

**Open WP_NM_PAPER1 element, and change this into a masked layer, and apply a Overlay blend mode to the element.

Open - WP_NM_THROWINGSTAR, 30%,

Open- WP_NM_THROWINGSTAR2, 20%,

Open- WP_NM_THROWINGSTAR4, 30%

Now for the stars I used a eraser, and changed the brush of the eraser to "smoke puff" and est the size of the eraser brush to be 60%, and using this method erase the corners of each ninja throwing star, this will give the look of you throwing stars into your masked layer.

Open- WP_NM_SAI, duplicate, and apply a mirror effect to the duplicate.

Here is where you can place your close up ninja tube, right in the center.

Arrange the elements to your liking.

Now add the artist copyrights of your tube and your license.

Enjoy my tutorial :)

You must have working knowledge of Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 or newer

Okay Ready, set, GO!

Open a 650 x 250 new canvas,

For this tutorial, I used two things, my jasc animation program, and used only one type of effect, that's not a plug-in, and you can pretty much get this effect with either corel, or with Photoshop.

I simply used Radial blur. You can find this function under your Adjust tabs next to Effects.

First things first is Duplicate your scenery layer that's apart of your tubes background, if you don't have one you can make up one you like and just go from there, pretty much any background will work depending on your choice of tube. For instance I'm using Alena art, which works really well in what I am about to do for my animation process.

So Duplicate your layer 3 times.

Next you will be applying Radial Blur to each...

Here's a sample of what I did, all you have to do is adjust the "strength" numbers (I circle it in red for you), I went from 15% up to 45%. Which ever percentage you like just increase it by 10-20% from your first layer.

I choose my first duplicate at 15%, my second duplicated 35%, and my last duplicated layer 45%.

Now here, before you copy and paste these layers to your animation program, you will want to make your border for your banner, and also don't forget to add your name, your copyright info, and of course your license if your using a PTU tube.

*Now for this next step I opened up my Jasc Animation Shop.

Copy each of the 3 duplicated layers that you now have applied the radial blur effects to.

Select the transition effects option, from there you pick FADE.-

Leave everything as is, don't adjust layers or frame, and click OK .

Then save your animation as GIF.

Template 7 by: EOC

Enjoy my tutorial :)

You must have working knowledge of Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 or newer

By the way I always start my canvas's at 650x650 , but you are free to open a canvas bigger or smaller, and scale the elements to the size you want. But if you are like me, keep reading on, thanks.

Okay Ready, set, GO!

Open EOC template 7, and re-size to 650x650

Open WP_AE_PP1, C/P last layer of the template

What's next, you guest it we are going to change this paper into a mask layer.

Got your mouse ready to go???

Head to your Layers tab-->(Click) Load/Save Mask--> (then click) Load Mask from Disc

From there choose any mask you want or choose the one I used with a circular pattern.

And then (Click)--> Load

Open WP_AE_PP12 Copy and paste it over one of the circles of the template, next you will want to grab your magic wand tool, click on the rectangle of the template, press Ctrl+Shift+I on your keyboard, this will allow you to invert.

Next click the WP_AE_PP12, and hit your delete key once.

*Do these same steps for all the shapes of the template.

Now you should have perfectly cut shapes, layered with your favorite papers.

Next open these elements, and be sure to apply Drop Shadow to each

Open-WP_AE_HEART, re-size to 25%

Open- WP_AE_SUGAR

Open- WP_AE_CUP, re-size to 90%, apply mirror effect (basically your flipping the cup, horzontically)

Open- WP_AE_GRASS, re-size it to 70%

Open- WP_AE_CHESSPIECE1, re-size it to 20%

Open- WP_AE_CAKEPLATE2, re-size it to 60%.

Open- WP_AE_CHESSPIECE3, re-size to 20%

Open- WP_AE_PAWN4, re-size to 40%,

Open- WP_AE_CHESSPIECE2, re-size to 35%,

Open- WP_AE_CAT, re-size to 30%, i snuck the Cheshire cat between the template shapes, but you can do what you want with him.

Now that you have re-sized these elements according to my sizes, added the drop shadows to all. Except for the grass.

I used Victoria Fox art, "Alice," and I applied the xero-porcelian effect, and sat her behind the chess pieces. Oh and don't forget to add your drop shadow too, and your almost done ;)

Add your copyrights of your tube and your license.

Add your name.

And your done :)

Open a 650 x 650 new canvas,

Open frame FDS_MyVDayGift_Frame3, re-size to 20% , copy and paste in the center of your canvas. Next take your tube, you are going to paste it under the frame.

Next using your magic wand tool, I want you to click inside your frame, then click on your tube layer, next hold down Ctrl+Shift+I on your keyboard, this will allow you to invert.

You are inverting because you want all the excess parts of your tube layer not to hang out of the frame. This makes it look clean and sitting pretty under your frame.

* Next step is to change the Photo Effect ( what's so neat that it's not a plug-in you have to randomly find and install, because this is already in your psp program, so yea) I picked Sepia Toning for this picture. Only Cris DeLara allows this for her pictures, if your going to use anyone elses art, be sure to check there TOU before you do. Not all artists allows it.

Now after you have applied sepia toning, you will merge the two layers ( your tube and your frame) together. Right click on the frame layer, and look for MERGE. Next you will want to MERGE VISIBLE. This option will combine your two layers.

Next Apply your drop shadow effect.

***Ok hope that was simple to follow, because you will be making two more. I find it easier to start a new image/canvas each time. Makes the merging simplier, and less confusing, cause once your done just copy and paste them all into one canvas when you've got your photos together. See my signature for example.***

Next open these elements, and be sure to apply Drop Shadow to each, and copy and paste them anywhere you want in your canvas. Be free to do what you want.

Open-FDS_MyVDayGift_Heart, re-size to 20%

Open- FDS_MyVDayGift_Heart2, re-size to 12%

Open- FDS_MyVDayGift_Ribbon4, re-size to 12%

Open- FDS_MyVDayGift_Scatter, re-size it to 15%

Open- FDS_MyVDayGift_Shirt, re-size it to 12%

Open- FDS_MyVDayGift_Flower1, re-size it to 15%.

Open- FDS_MyVDayGift_Flower2, re-size to 20%

Open- FDS_MyVDayGift_Flower3, re-size to 8%,

Open- FDS_MyVDayGift_Flower5, re-size to 20%,

Open- FDS_MyVDayGift_Flower4, re-size it 10%,

**I've added a text over all the layers, here's the text below to use if you wish. It's hard to see but it's png and in white words, Just click click with your mouse and save :).

Now Add your copyrights of your tube and your license.

Add your name.

Penta: Dot and Cross

This tutorial is a little different, no scraps were used, but doesn't mean creativity is limited.

I wanted to show off Angie Monasterio art. This beauty of a tube I choosed is my favorite, she's got my favorite colors purple and blue, so of course I had to get her.

Are you ready people,

Get your Corel PSP X2 warmed up cause here we go....

Open Spawn's template 145

Everything is all together thanks to Spawn, cause he is just so helpful.

Click on the last layer of the template, hold down SHift+L, to colorize your BG.

I choose the color closer to purple.

Then when you got your color established.

go to your Effects: choose penta.com plug-in: and choose Dot and Cross.

Follow my picture tip so you know what sizes your looking for.

I did my tiny dots, but you can do large ones if you wish to.

Remember all I want is what your comfortable with.

Play with the sizes.

If not follow mine :)

After you've finished your BG layer, head to your Film Lines layer of the template.

Same steps as what I had explain earlier, we are going to colorize these film lines as well.

so pick any color you wish, I chose a lighter purple. And added a drop shadow for the film lines.

And do the same for the right and left film layers.

I also applied a porcelain effect to Angie art. And to make her pop out more I added a drop shadow.

Then center her in the middle of your banner.

Add your copyrights, and license number.

Add your name, and tada. You are finished with the non-animated version of the banner.

To ANIMATE (OPTIONAL):

-Now if you are familiar with Jasc animation Program, you can add multiple colors to the right and left film layers, like I have done. And merge them frame by frame, copy and paste them into your jasc animation program, and select the transition effects option, from there you pick FADE.-

Leave everything as is, don't adjust layers or frame, and click OK .

You should see a transitional fade effect of your multi colored layers.

And then save your animation as gif. file
